NFDI4Chem – Interim Report

NFDI4Chem published a report presenting the activities of the consortium for the time period from October 2020 to August 2023. Of course, it is a slightly longer report, but if you want to know what NFDI4Chem was up to, definitely worth a read, so check it out here.

PSDI – Report on Edinburgh Open Research Conference 2024

The PSDI is reporting on the Edinburgh Open Research Conference which took place in May in, you guessed it, Edinburgh. Topics were the cultural change (that is necessary for open research), increased usage of AI tools, diversity and inclusivity in research, recognition for technical research staff and RDM training. I will definitely have a look around if I can find some of the presentations, the topics, specifically around the topic of recognition for technical staff, sound very interesting.
